REGAN McNEILL-URAL

Regan McNeill-Ural is a creative strategist and marketing specialist with over 20 years of industry experience driving successful projects and delivering results. Regan has a deep understanding of the technical process, she is very attuned to both the project goals and what best resonates with the target audience. She is responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, including branding, content creation, social media, and email communication, and is passionate about delivering visually stunning collateral. She works closely with product teams to ensure that all marketing efforts align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Regan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from the University of California, Los Angeles. After completing her undergraduate degree, she worked as assistant to muralist Judy Baca, Artistic Director at the Social & Public Art Resource Center in Venice, CA. In her early 20’s the travel bug bit and she fulfilled a bucket list dream and spent six months backpacking throughout South East Asia. After returning home, she moved to San Francisco, working for the Digital Pond where she honed her production skills for six years, working on point of purchase, display graphics, museum graphics, trade show booth display graphics and advertising industry presentation collateral, as well as digital asset management. From there she moved to Autodesk, working on the Creative Communications team and gained invaluable experience in a corporate environment. Her focus was on promotional collateral, packaging, press checks, annual reports, brochures, advertisements, and brand systems for corporate identity development.

After her first child was born, Regan launched her own freelance business Softkind, Inc. where she continues to work with a diverse array of small businesses on website & graphic design, branding strategies, and marketing services. She has been working with DCI for over ten years.

Regan lives in Northern California with her husband, daughter, two sons, and their very large Newfoundland dog.
