Bio

Stephanie Davis has trained extensively and worked closely with many of the system’s foundational teachers for over 35 years. She is one of the few certified practitioners globally to be Accredited with Distinction by the International Enneagram Association. She is known for her depth of knowledge, her attuned presence, and the spaces she creates for real transformation.

Stephanie is honored to be on the teaching team for Belinda Gore’s groundbreaking application of Object Relations to the Enneagram. Alongside her Enneagram expertise, she draws from formal training in Psychology, Systems Theory, and a wide range of transformational modalities– including Core Transformation, the Wholeness Process, Neurolinguistic Programming, Clear Beliefs, the Lefkoe Method, Voice Dialogue, and Internal Family Systems. Her work integrates the intellectual, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of growth, helping people reclaim their essence and experience wholeness.

While she has consulted with Fortune 100 companies and worked extensively in leadership and organizational development, her deepest joy lies in guiding individuals and groups through the terrain of the inner world. She is particularly passionate about the Enneagram’s insights into childhood adaptations, shadows, tensegrity dynamics, and pathways for integration.

A recovering Type 7, Stephanie lives in a beautiful coastal suburb of San Diego with her counterphobic Yorkipoo and her steadfast Type 9 husband. They were empty-nesters for nearly three months until a golden umbilical cord and a revolving door began luring their six grown children and assorted grandchildren back home in shifting combinations for varying stretches of time. Family chaos keeps her humble and ever on her Enneagram toes.
