Join Belinda Gore in a life-changing adventure as you explore the origins of the Soul Child, a somewhat mysterious structure that links us with Essence. In Sandra Maitri‘s words, “If our soul child is not part of our ongoing conscious life, we feel that part of us is missing…without this structure being integrated within our consciousness, we cannot really speak of true transformation.”

Sandra Mairtri’s book The Spiritual Dimensions of the Enneagram, and specifically Chapter 11, will be the textbook for the course. Belinda has been a student in Sandra’s International Retreat Group since 2006 and has her permission to teach this work.

Over seven weeks in this course, you will learn:

A foundational understanding of the Inner Flow within the Enneagram circle, closely linked with the teachings about the Arrows, but with an important difference;
The sequence of the Soul’s emergence into consciousness according to the teachings of A.H. Almaas;
To identify the specific characteristics of the Soul Child for each of the nine Enneagram types;
Tools for guiding others to recognize, embrace and help in relaxing the Soul Child structure to open the way for more direct access to Essence at its core.

Experiential exercises with fellow students, using virtual breakout rooms, give you the opportunity to have a direct experience of this rich material.

In this course, as you engage with experiential exercises, you will develop skill in identifying the activity of the Soul Child and how to embrace it’s unique gifts. You will come away with an ability to identify the early indications of the Soul Child that is implicit in the core of every Enneagram type, describing how the Soul Child both creates obstacles in personality development while also offering a portal to full maturation of the Soul.

Belinda is one of the most experiences and aware teachers I have maybe ever worked with. Maybe it is her coach training that comes through, and I love the ``coaching style`` of all styles. Her absolute determination to bring the words, the conversations, the teaching, the coaching, the information to us so we can grasp it, taste it, and walk away with it. AND, she is so experienced in the Enneagram and all of its history, it just makes her an amazing teacher.

While the Enneagram has been my personal spiritual path for 14 years, this teaching of the Enneagram as a Wisdom Teaching has fundamentally altered my relationship with the Enneagram. This is one of the most important Electives of DCI. To be aware of the spiritual dimension of the Enneagram in the fashion Belinda represented it is life changing for me... to understand the journey of the Soul in it's evolution during it's human experience... it all makes so much sense to me. Now I finally feel I can fully represent the Enneagram to the public, the personality dimension alone just wasn't deep enough for me. As a result of this teaching I feel I can throw my whole power behind the Enneagram in relation to being a coach. There is a much bigger reason to be a coach now, I am in service of the Great Soul. Even the so called DEEP COACHING feels a lot more right and justified now.

Enjoyed the entire course. The sessions went by fast. There was a nice balance of sharing content, and group report outs. I especially appreciated the breakout sessions and connecting with classmates. I learned a lot from our repeating questions and no problem solving. Thank you for a wonderful learning experience.

So many ways... first the concepts of soul child in this way is completely new for me. The Heart Point awareness has introduced a lot of insights and new places to explore for myself, which is challenging and also delightful... And, in my coaching practice this provides more ways to explore with clients. Very powerful!
