As a seasoned professional with over 30 years in the industry, I have seen it all. From headhunting to corporate recruitment, I have worked with a variety of industries and job types to connect the right candidates with the right companies. My approach is centered on the individual, taking into account their unique skills, values, and goals in order to find the best possible match. With my certification as a Deep Coaching Practitioner through an Enneagram-based Coach Training Program, I am also able to provide insights that go beyond the resume, tapping into what really motivates and drives a person in their personal and professional life.
