Bio
Jared Bingham is a licensed counselor and certified coach who utilizes Deep Coaching Institute’s Enneagram based coaching model. He is also a health executive as the Chief Operations Officer for a medical and behavioral health center with locations in Idaho and Wyoming. He provides classes for Deep Coaching Institute on topics related to trauma, the Enneagram, as well as co-leading the Building Coaching Presence and Integrating Coaching Presence retreats. He cohosts a podcast with a fellow Deep Coaching Practitioner that explores the Enneagram.
Within the coaching context, Jared uses DCI’s STAR Model where clients are invited to notice and name their somatic sensations. Then they are encouraged to allow and accept what those sensations are bringing forward, before integrating them into life in whatever way the client feels is supportive and helpful. The goal is always to create safe spaces where connection, embodiment, and presence can flourish and the client can grow and develop in meaningful and authentic ways.
Jared identifies with Type 4 on the Enneagram. When not involved with work projects Jared enjoys time with his family (wife of 26 years and 5 children), long distance running, poetry, and spending time with a small flock of chickens that bring a great amount of delight to him.
