Bio

Deb Presser, Life and Spiritual Coach, offers individual coaching for adults in transition.  She brings the experience and practice of The Diamond Heart work to her coaching.  Deb has a deep capacity to be present to the essential and true nature of her clients.  Being present to what is here and now by noticing, naming, allowing, accepting and then acting is at the heart of her work.

Deb draws on her varied spiritual and therapeutic experiences.  She has been a spiritual seeker for as long as she can remember.  She served 9 years as a Religious Sister of Mercy before following a different spiritual path.  Deb had a career as a Mental Health Therapist and then as a Career Counselor.  She has explored many spiritual practices and so brings a rich knowing of the importance of each person following their own journey.
