“Deborah Salas is a deep listener and intuitive guide who has helped bring more clarity to some of my internal self-talk and behaviors that were getting in my way as a manager and co-worker. I am impressed with how quickly we could get to the root of some of the challenges I was facing and then found effective strategies to untangle them. I saw tangible results and progress with the goals I set for myself in the leadership coaching I did with Deb.”
