DCC: Application, Tuition, Cancellation
Application Process
Thank you for your interest in the Deep Coaching Certification Program (DCC)! Whether you are applying for the Cohort Track or Independent Track, you must complete each step of the application to be considered for the program. All applications are reviewed by an internal committee of DCI personnel:
Step 1: Click the “Apply” button and complete your written questionnaire.
Step 2: Make a $500 deposit by clicking the REGISTER button below*.
Step 3: Send two letters of recommendation to info@deepcoachinginstitute.com. Click here for guidelines.
Step 4: Have interview with DCI Faculty or Staff Member. The interview is scheduled only after Steps 1-3 are completed.
*The $500 deposit is fully refunded if you are not accepted into the program.
Review of a questionnaire and letters of recommendation could each take up to five business days to review.

Tuition and Payment Plans
If you are interested in being certified as a Deep Coaching Practitioner, Deep Coaching Institute offers two tracks to certification. Through the Cohort Track, students receive certification after completing each course in ten consecutive months, with the same Cohort of students. Through the Independent Track, students take up to three years to complete each course and receive certification. Independent Track students must complete the courses in the prescribed order: Building Coaching Presence Retreat, Illuminating the Human Condition Course, Enneagram Typing Course, Integrating Coaching Presence Retreat, Fieldwork and Case Studies Course.
TUITION
Tuition for the next Deep Coaching Certification program is $14,400*
* Double occupancy is standard at the two retreats. There is an additional cost if a student wants single occupancy and single occupancy is available.
DEPOSIT – $500 deposit is due with application. If your application is not accepted, the $500 deposit will be fully refunded. If your application is accepted, and you are granted admission to the next DCC, the $500 is non-refundable.
PAYMENT PLANNING
Full tuition for the Deep Coaching Certification (DCC) program Cohort Track is due by March 1 in the year of your DCC. Most students choose an interest-free payment plan offered by DCI. Upon acceptance to the program DCI will reach out to develop a payment plan that works for you.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is effective as of the time you submit your Deep Coaching Certification (DCC) program application deposit. If you are not accepted into the DCC program, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If you are accepted into a Deep Coaching Certification Cohort Track, your tuition is due and payable on March 1 of the year of your DCC. Even if you work out a payment plan with Deep Coaching Institute the financial obligation for the full tuition is incurred at that time and payable March 1 of the year of your DCC.
You may cancel 30 days or more prior to the starting date of your DCC, and your tuition is fully refundable, minus the non-refundable deposit. If you cancel between 30 and 14 days prior, we will refund 50% of the tuition. If you are on a payment plan and have not yet paid in full, 50% of the program tuition becomes immediately due and payable. No refunds are possible after 14 days prior to the starting date of your DCC.
If you withdraw from the program at any time, for any reason, we will not refund your tuition. If the tuition is being paid through a payment plan, and you withdraw from the program at any time for any reason, the full amount becomes immediately due and payable.
