Tracy R. She has a proven track record of more than 20 years, working for several Fortune 500 companies in operations management leadership and team development. Tracy believes a successful business strategy must include a commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and acceptance of all employees in the workplace and has expanded her work to include supporting organizations in transformational culture initiatives.
