Bio
When I was first introduced to the Enneagram, I found it to be enormously helpful for my own personal growth and for enhancing my connection with others. Now, I use this ever-growing body of knowledge to assist clients on their own journeys of personal and professional development, helping them become the amazing leaders they are meant to be. In addition to individual coaching, I enjoy facilitating Enneagram-based workshops for intact teams and groups of people who are starting out in their careers or taking on people leadership roles. The depth of self-discovery and understanding we can attain is truly boundless!
I live in Los Angeles with my husband Tony and our dog Bruno. I identify as Enneagram type 6.
