Bio

Anu has over 40 years of experience as a business owner, lawyer, mediator, coach and spiritual director. Her expertise enables her to coach, counsel and mentor individuals, teams, leaders and organizations from a wide range of backgrounds.

At Inspirit Coaching and Facilitation, Anu offers deep coaching, facilitation and trainings that helps people live authentically, and transform their understanding of themselves, their potential and their purpose. With her guidance and support, you have the opportunity to develop enhanced awareness, authenticity, wisdom and presence that enable you to live and work with greater meaning and fulfillment.

Anu is a student and teacher of the Enneagram. She has studied the Enneagram’s personal, psychological and spiritual applications for over 20 years and has applied it in her professional work as a coach, educator, conflict resolution practitioner and collaborative professional. Anu integrates the wisdom of the Enneagram in her one-on-one sessions and in unique professional trainings, workshops and retreats.
