Who Is This Program For?
Human development professionals, organizational leaders, and aspiring coaches who want to:
- Build capacity for presence and connection.
- Use the Enneagram as a path from constriction to expansion.
- Gain ICF-accredited training while undergoing a profound inner journey.
Why Choose DCI’s Certification?
- Presence as Foundation: Learn to access the most practical and profound inner resource—Presence. Deep Coaching isn’t about adding more tools, but about working with the whole of who we are—mind, heart, and body; ego and essence; shadow and light.
- Enneagram Wisdom: Work with the Enneagram not just as a typing system, but as a pathway from constriction to expansion—where paradox becomes teacher, resistance is welcomed, and even contraction becomes a doorway to growth.
- Counterintuitive Approach to Change: Discover how real transformation happens not by fixing or efforting, but by slowing down, cultivating awareness, and partnering with presence.
- Proven Coaching Methodology: Practice DCI’s Presence-Centered 5-Step Coaching Model, a framework that turns inner awareness into sustainable outer change.
- Attunement & Deep Listening: Go beyond active listening. Attunement begins with tuning into yourself and extends to sensing what is said, unsaid, and felt in your clients. From this ground, deep listening becomes an act of love that creates resonance, safety, and the conditions for transformation.
- A High-Touch, Intimate Cohort: Each program is intentionally small, fostering trust, depth, and personal attention from faculty and mentors.
- Transformative Growth: The program transforms you first, so you can transform others.
“Presence is the grace of one soul meeting another.”
~ John O’Donohue
Where Science Meets Spirituality.
At DCI, we hold a radical conviction: the profound and the practical are not opposites, but partners.
- Neuroscience shows how presence reshapes the brain and nervous system.
- Polyvagal theory explains how grounding the body opens us to curiosity and connection.
- The Enneagram maps defenses and reveals pathways back to essence.
- Contemplative traditions remind us that presence opens not only the mind, but the heart and soul.
Together, these threads form a living tapestry—an inner technology of transformation that is both rigorously practical and profoundly spiritual.

Grounded in Unitive Consciousness
Deep Coaching is founded on the understanding that our deepest transformations arise when we move beyond dualistic categories of success/failure or right/wrong. Rooted in participatory, unitive awareness, our work invites you to experience coaching as a living practice of wholeness—where paradox becomes teacher, resistance becomes doorway, and presence becomes the ground for genuine change.
Learning in Community
At DCI, learning is never a solo journey. Each cohort is intentionally small, creating an intimate, high-touch environment where participants receive personal attention and support. We draw on Circle Principles and Dialogic Practices to foster trust, belonging, shared voice, and genuine collaboration. This methodology builds a transformative learning community where every voice is valued, and collective wisdom becomes a living part of the coaching journey.
Deep Listening – The Next Generation of Active Listening
At DCI, we teach Deep Listening—what we see as the next generation of active listening. Deep Listening goes beyond words to attune to what is said, unsaid, and felt. It is relational, embodied, and presence-based, creating the conditions for trust, resonance, and genuine transformation.
“To listen is an act of love.”
