Ipek Serifsoy, PhD is a transformational leadership guide and founder of The Leader’s Muse Institute. For more than two decades, she has been devoted to cultivating wholistic, inside-out leadership—helping leaders integrate mind, heart, and body so they can engage the world with resilience, creativity, and care. She is known for creating safe, spacious environments where authentic growth can take root and where the wisdom of collective intelligence can be realized.

Her orientation first took root in graduate school and became the foundation of her doctoral dissertation, The Leader’s Muse, a pioneering inquiry into leadership as artistry and consciousness in action. Since then, she has continued to advance wholistic approaches to leadership through multiple avenues: building a thriving consulting practice, co-leading the internationally respected Deep Coaching Institute, founding its hallmark Leader-as-Coach program, and guiding the evolution of Women’s Leadership Circles into Wholistic Leadership Circles—a transformation born of her devotion to inclusive and life-affirming leadership.

Ipek’s approach integrates presence-based coaching, the Enneagram, systems thinking, right-brain awakening, and deep inner work. She partners with leaders and organizations to foster resilience, spark innovation, and cultivate cultures of trust. At times, she draws on what she calls the Creative Moment—a practice of attunement to emergence—as a compass for insight and breakthrough.
