JAMES DIFALCO

James (Jim) DiFalco came to Deep Coaching Institute (DCI) as an accomplished Executive running small businesses and lines of business in large organizations. Prior to taking over the President role, Jim was DCI’s Chief Operating Officer responsible for managing the strategy and day-to-day operations of DCI. Working closely with DCI’s then leadership, Jim was able to streamline DCI’s operations, grow its customer base and launch several new offerings for the coaching and human development market, in addition to tightening up its relationship with DCI’s key Association partners: International Coaching Federation (ICF) and International Enneagram Association (IEA). Jim is also the Chief Financial Officer of IS Consulting / Women’s Leadership Circles (WLC) a sister company to DCI. IS Consulting / WLC provides leadership development programs for leaders and their teams using mindfulness, the Enneagram, creative expression, and wholehearted leadership. DCI and IS Consulting / WLC offer joint programs to the leadership development market.

Jim has an undergraduate degree from Swarthmore College and an MBA from Pace University. Prior to entering the Human Development industry, Jim had a variety of General Management roles in start-ups and well-established companies in the medical products and health insurance industries. He has vast experience helping struggling companies find ways to better position themselves for success. What excites Jim the most is working with innovative offerings that people and organizations use to reach their potential, and teaming with creative people who know how to deliver the offerings so users have the best experience possible. He is thrilled to be working in an industry that will enable him to employ his business skills while leveraging the human side of business.

Jim’s vision for DCI is to continue offering courses and programs for coaches and others in the Human Development field that nurture their whole selves and satisfy their desire to go deep within themselves so they can go deeper with their clients. Jim also sees DCI offering coach training programs for organizations to help leaders expand their personal exploration. DCI’s hope for its organization programs is to help professionals: 1) grow into the leaders they were meant to be, 2) understand their relationships with co-workers, 3) build stronger ties with customers, and 4) enable their organizations to thrive. Over time you will see DCI and IS Consulting / WLC working together to expand this deeper learning experience for organizations and organizational leaders.
