Bio
From an early age, I have been drawn to depth, truth, and authentic connection. These values continue to shape my work as a coach, where I support people in moving beyond conditioned patterns and into a more present, aligned, and fully lived experience of themselves.
I bring over 30 years of experience in education, including a degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Educational Technology. My background includes extensive classroom teaching, more than 15 years in adult learning as an Educational Coach and College Professor, and work as a private educational consultant in California. I have also served as a curriculum specialist for McGraw Hill. These experiences inform my understanding of how lasting transformation unfolds, not through effort alone, but through awareness, integration, and embodied change.
My coaching is grounded in extensive training and a deep commitment to presence based work. I am trained through the Deep Coaching Institute, where I now serve as faculty. I have received advanced Enneagram training with Russ Hudson and Sandra Maitri, trained with the Narrative Enneagram, and studied object relations through the work of Belinda Gore. My approach is further informed by training in trauma aware coaching, the neuroscience of change, and somatic awareness, supporting transformation that includes both mind and body. I am an “Accredited Enneagram Professional” through the International Enneagram Association and a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, holding an Associate Certified Coach credential.
At the heart of my work is a belief that there is nothing to fix. Beneath the strategies, patterns, and adaptations that have shaped us, there is a deeper intelligence already present. Through careful listening, attuned presence, and compassionate inquiry, I support clients in reconnecting with that deeper ground of being, where real and lasting change becomes possible.
It is a privilege to walk alongside others as they come home to themselves and begin to live from a place of greater freedom, wholeness, and truth.
