Cris is an internationally accredited Masters level Coach, Supervisor, and AssoCounseling Registered Supervisor Counselor, credentialed at the highest levels in her field by the ICF (MCC), EMCC (EIA Master Practitioner & ESIA Supervisor), and the Association for Coaching (Accredited Master Coach Supervisor, Individual & Group).

With over 20 years of experience in instructional design and transformational coaching, she specializes in transpersonal psychology, psychosynthesis, transpersonal ecopsychology, ecocounseling, systemic coaching supervision, applied neuroscience, positive psychology, green coaching, Indovedic psychology, and more. Her integrative approach is known as Syntegrity Coaching.

As co-founder of Synthesis Coaching Associates, an ICF Level 1 & 2 accredited provider, Cris designs advanced training programs for international coach education, blending deep personal development with professional excellence.

She is based in the Italian Alps, managing a mountainside property in Valtellina, where she lives and works in a natural setting with her husband Bill, Missy the Cat, three huskies, Wiz the dachshund, Jack the Aussie, and numerous feathered and four-footed wildlife neighbors.
