2012 – 2013 Certification Program Schedule
The 2012-2013 Deep Coaching Certification Program begins with orientation on March 20, 2012 and ends February 27, 2013.

Program Orientation

Module 1: Deep Coaching: The Fundamentals of Profound Change Through the Enneagram
Dates: Wednesdays, March 28th – June 27th, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM PST
Format: 13 distance learning sessions
Faculty: Roxanne Howe-Murphy with Diana Redmond and Belinda Gore
Module 2: Enneagram Typing: An Inquiry Approach
Dates: Tuesday July 3rd, Wednesdays, July 11th-August 8th, 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM PST
Format: Six distance learning sessions
Faculty: Elizabeth Carrington-House or Diana Redmond
Orientation to Fieldwork Coaching and Supervision
Date: Wednesday September 5th, 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM PST
NOTE: The 5 monthly supervision meetings held in pods will be scheduled with the supervising faculty member. (see Module 6)
Module 3: Building Coaching Presence Intensive (Live)
Dates: Friday, September 7th – Wednesday, September 12th, 2012 (Starts with session at 7:00 pm; ends after morning session on Wednesday, the 12th)
Location: Albquerque, New Mexico

Module 4: Inner Critic to Inner Authority
Dates: Wednesdays, September 26th- October 31st, 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM PST
Format: Six distance learning sessions

Module 5: The Three Instincts in Coaching: The Hidden Dimension of Life Balance, Values and Priorities
Dates: Wednesdays, November 7th, 14th and 28th January 9th, 16th, 23rd, 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM PST

Module 6: Fieldwork Supervision and Case Studies
Small group pods meet per scheduled 2-hour calls with supervising faculty member, January – May. Case studies and individual supervision calls due in May.
Module 7: Business Development
Dates: Wednesdays, November 15th, January 10th and 24th, February 7th, 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM PST
Format: Six distance learning sessions
