The Certification Program

This certification program offered by the author of Deep Coaching: Using the Enneagram as a Catalyst for Profound Change, and other outstanding DC faculty, provides a solid foundation for integrating the Enneagram into professional practice. Through your participation in this program, you will penetrate into the experience of each dimension of human consciousness illuminated through the Enneagram, learn a model for helping your clients dis-identify with the persistent and unhelpful patterns that have substituted for their true nature, and come into contact with deeper levels of presence in your coaching.

Each course in this program contributes to integrating and embodying Deep Coaching principles and builds on your use of Deep Coaching Models; approaches the use of the Enneagram from a different perspective, each offering deepening levels of clarity, insight, knowledge, confidence and appreciation that comes with this potent body of wisdom. This program is both profound and practical.

The Deep Coaching Foundations Course

In twelve Sessions (90 minutes each), engage with Dr. Roxanne Howe-Murphy, author of the internationally acclaimed book, Deep Coaching: Using the Enneagram as a Catalyst for Profound Change to gain a practical and grounded approach to using this powerful body of wisdom in your own work. Participate in a small pod group facilitated by a DC Mentor to give you more hands-on engagement.

This course, offered over the phone, can be taken independently or as part of the full Deep Coaching Certification Program.

Deep Coaching Practice Circles or Deep Coaching Leadership Practice Circles

The process of supporting others in wakening consciousness does not come without your own continuing professional development and the ongoing evolution of Self.

Deep Coaching Practice Circles is designed so that you are actively engaged in learning. Practice live coaching experiences in a safe ‘practice-field’  The Deep Coaching Leadership Practice Circles are  designed for coaches with a focus on leadership development in organizations and business.

You have a choice between participating in a series of  live week-end Riso-Hudson Enneagram courses or taking courses virtually.  Both are open to the public.    Each of the live  workshops were created by Don Riso and Russ Hudson, preeminent teachers and best-selling Enneagram authors, who have authorized Roxanne and her colleague to teach them.  These live courses are currently offered in the San Francisco Bay Area.  The virtual courses are designed by Roxanne to assist growth-oriented professionals in their personal and professional development.

Fieldwork Hours and Final Student Project
